A charge from BitTorrent showed up on my statement, what do I do?

If you have discovered a charge from BitTorrent on your credit card or bank statement that you didn't initiate, please contact the appropriate BitTorrent Customer Support, and let us know it has occurred.

Please provide the following information in your ticket:
  • Cardholder Name
  • Last 4 Digits of the Card
  • Date of the Transaction
  • Amount of the Charge

We ask that you do not dispute the charges with your bank. We will investigate the transaction and arrange a full refund if appropriate.
